- Since 2007, US clocks go forward one hour at 2:00 a.m. on the second Sunday of March (daylight saving time starts) and back one hour at 2:00 a.m. on the first Sunday of November (it ends). The dates come from your browser’s time zone data for New York.
- Hawaii and most of Arizona stay on standard time all year.
